Letter of Agreement Signing Ceremony -- A letter is presently being drafted by DEQ, DCR, Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, Virginia Save Our Stream, Virginia Water Monitoring Council and Virginia Citizens for Water Quality to outline our mutual and complementary support for the Virginia Citizen Water Quality Monitoring Program.  It will be signed at a special event on October 20, 2006.
